In Scotland if you have experienced rape or sexual assault within the last 7 days, we would encourage you to consider contacting the Sexual Assault Response Coordination Service (SARCS).

It is of the upmost importance to us that we help you access support quickly and easily during what we know will be a distressing and difficult time. There are two ways you can tell us what happened
